Nancy Kline - Time to Think
NDAWO Consulting in collaboration with Standard Bank are proud to announce they will host Nancy Kline
This is an invitation to Thinking Environment practitioners, those people who have done the introductory course covering the ten principles, the thinking partnership and the applications and who have had the opportunity to be back in their place of work, and consider how they might effectively use what they have learnt in the work place.
The format will be a workshop, run using Thinking Environment principles. We know that the mind works best in the presence of a question. The following three questions are proposed:
- What is your experience of trying to apply TE principles in your workplace; what have been the successes and challenges so far?
- What were the enabling critical success factors of when your experience of TE achieved an impact? What did you identify as and/or how did you recognise success?
- What ideas can we generate, considering our participant experience together with the international case studies, to secure impact, sustainability and scalability in our TE work?
