'Vuka Utitsintsitse Workshops' reviews organizational wellness and productivity and its linkages to employee wellness and productivity is discussed. Vuka Utitsintsitse is a SiSwati metaphor literary translated to Get Up, Shake the Dust off, and Get your Balance Back. This siSwati metaphor creates an interesting analogy, as organization with all its assets and resources; can fall when the employee's wellness and productivity are at disequilibrium. The metaphor provides creative and powerful insight as to why organizations experience wellness and productivity issues and challenges. Our approach takes into consideration that organizations recruit and select employees based on intelligence (IQ) with interest in emotional intelligence (EQ). Vuka Utitsintsitse presents a Soul Plan with a six month journal for each participant based on a 16 hours day philosophy, grounded on emotional and spiritual intelligence (EQ) and (SQ).
