Company Overview

Ndawo Consulting was founded in November 1996. Ndawo has a 100% black shareholding and is one of the larger consulting practices in Southern Africa, specializing in the implementation of Change. Ndawo Consulting focuses on Change Management projects and acts in specialised areas of change, and how it is applied to activities such as Training and Skills Development, Quality of Work Life, Information Technology, Management and Administration, and critically, Human Resource management and its collective relationships with these functions in any organisation.

Our business philosophy is a strategic blend of cultural influences in which we act out the soul practice through the notion of Ubuntu, a Xhosa proverb meaning 'I am because we Are'. Within this context we are proudly African, yet global in our operational philosophy.
